Create example visuals as in engine guides to better help the team answer bigger thematic visuals when needed.
Continued reviewing and meetings with art direction to align our goals.
Organising feedback to the team through verbal and red pen feedback.
Play testing with my counterpart leads, reacting to the entire experience for the benefit of the quest cell.
Help identify areas an artist can improve on individually to be a stronger artist as well as a more well rounded developer.
Production & Documentation
Develop and utilize pipelines for large scale production for quest creation, cinematics, and realizations with all the teams who are involved in the process.
Build onboarding and other forms of documentation to help from an art production perspective.
Work with production to estimate accurately a backlog for the creation of entire quest locations.
Manage asset requests from the art team to be ready for reviewing with leads before being handed to the props team to priorities and deliver based on request specifications.
Work with production on risk mitigations if we are sensing a future scenario.
Play testing with my counterpart leads, reacting to the entire experience for the benefit of the quest teams.
Take on director feedback and triage it with leads and production to make sure we focus our energy on the biggest impact changes requested.
